Terms & Conditions

1. Scope

These terms apply to all contracts for digital products and services from Ankora Studio (Alexander Hammer).

2. Conclusion of Contract

Digital products are purchased via the respective platform (Etsy, Gumroad, Payhip, Digistore24). The contract is formed there upon completion of the order process.

3. License

Digital products may be used for personal use without limitation. Resale, redistribution, or publication of the files is not permitted unless a commercial license has been expressly purchased.

4. Prices

All prices include statutory VAT.

5. Services (Freelance)

Scope, price, and delivery time follow from the respective offer or gig. One round of revisions is included within the agreed scope.

6. Liability

For slight negligence, we are only liable for breach of material contractual obligations, limited to the foreseeable, typical damage.

7. Governing Law

German law applies. For consumers, mandatory consumer protection provisions of their country of residence remain unaffected.
